Life doesn’t slow down just because you’re launching a company. While we were building Rally Cry, the world kept spinning—projects to run, clients to serve, kids to shuttle, and miles of interstate to cover. Somewhere between brainstorming calls and long drives, the idea for our website started to take shape.
We’ve always been fascinated by bumper stickers, not just as design pieces, but as cultural objects. Surface level, they’re messages on metal. Vinyl, adhesive, and a few square inches of real estate. But zoom out, and they’re much bigger. Rolling declarations of identity, defiance, defense, history, humor, belief, and belonging–all crammed into 3×11.5”.
Pride, protest, dad jokes, and cultural codes live side-by-side without offering the context of a speaker. That’s the magic. They don’t need context to connect. They do it without explanation, leaving us to our imaginations and interpretations.
Bumper stickers are one of the purest forms of linguistic compression. Punchy, rhythmic, emotionally-loaded, and meant to be understood at speed. The best ones carry more meaning in five words than some websites manage in a thousand.
We designed the Rally Cry site to function like a bumper sticker collection: part story, part strategy, full of sharp takes, curious truths, and ideas that stick. Always exploring. Always evolving. Sometimes adding, sometimes peeling. It’s a mood board and an introduction to an extraordinary team. Some sections tell an interconnected story. Others stand alone. It’s layered, alive, and always in progress. It’s the sum of what we’re learning, noticing, and contributing to the world.
This is our way of offering you a real sense of how we think, what we notice, and the kind of work we want to create. This site works the way we work. It’s layered, curious, insightful, and smart. But above all, it’s human.
If you’re going to hire a team to shape your identity, you should know theirs. Not the spit-shined, polished version. Not the marketing voice turned up to eleven. The real one. The way they process, explore, test, and build.
Every sticker on this site says something about who we are, what we value, and how we move through the work. So, you can decide if we feel like a fit. And so you’ll know what to expect when we show up.
